Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the gt55 platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and gt55.

General Provisions
1.1 Introduction

Eligibility and Registration

Warning: For users aged 21 and above only. Gambling by minors is prohibited by law and gt55 makes no exceptions on this matter.
2.2 Registration Terms
When creating an account, you must confirm that:

- You have not previously been banned or prohibited from gt55.

2.3 Single Account
Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled and their balances may be forfeited.

Account Security

3.2 Account Misuse
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Sharing your login credentials with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to gt55 immediately.

Always keep the information in your account accurate and up to date. If your address, email, or phone number changes, update it immediately through customer service. gt55 will not be responsible for any complications arising from incorrect information.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following methods may be used to deposit funds into gt55:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met to process a withdrawal request:
- The account must be fully verified.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- The wagering requirement for any active bonus must be completed.
- It is preferred that the deposit and withdrawal method be the same.
- If any fraud or suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
4.3 Deposit Confirmation
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact customer service and retain proof of the transaction.
Note: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳200.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If promotional terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- gt55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
gt55's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. VIP tier assessment is at the discretion of gt55.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and event. These limits are displayed in the game interface and gt55 may change them at any time.
6.2 Result Settlement
All bet outcomes are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, gt55 reserves the right to re-settle based on the correct result.
6.3 Live Betting
Odds are subject to change during live betting. If odds change before a bet is fully accepted, the user will be given the opportunity to accept the new odds. If a bet fails to reach us due to a network issue, it will be considered void and automatically refunded.
6.4 Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is cancelled, rescheduled, or declared incomplete in accordance with international rules, the stake for all related bets will be returned.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gt55:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Operating an account or conducting financial transactions on behalf of another person.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting").
- Playing using software, bots, or automated tools.
- Cheating or gaining unfair advantage through any game or method.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassment or abusive behaviour toward gt55 staff.
- Attempting to profit by exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the site.
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
7.2 Prevention of Financial Crime
gt55 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial transactions are detected, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for verification. The relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

11.3 Account Reactivation
